Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026We want every client to be confident booking with Anaya Fitness Solutions. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our services.
Before a Service Has Started
If you purchase a service and we have not yet delivered it or begun work, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing anayafitnesssolutions@gmail.com.
After a Service Has Started
Once a session has been delivered, or a custom program, plan, or consulting deliverable has been created and sent to you, that portion is non-refundable because the work has already been performed. For multi-session packages, any unused, undelivered sessions remain eligible for a prorated refund.
Rescheduling
Sessions and calls can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as delivered.
Tips & Gratuities
Tips are voluntary and non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email anayafitnesssolutions@gmail.com with your name, the email used at checkout, and the service in question. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
